Can residents use both a handset and a phone app?
Yes. Most modern systems support parallel handset and app delivery. Some buildings remove handsets entirely; some keep them as backup.
What about elderly residents who don't use smartphones?
We always recommend retaining at least one in-unit display option for residents without smartphones. The system supports both modes simultaneously.
Does the system need internet to work?
Front entrance to monitor calls work without internet. Smartphone delivery requires internet. We design for graceful degradation.
