Common questions

When should we engage you in a new construction project?
As early as possible — ideally during DA or schematic design. Specifying the wrong cabling system or riser cupboard location at construction is far cheaper to fix than retrofit. Latest reasonable engagement is at fit-out tender stage.
Do you supply, install, or both?
Both, for new construction. We supply equipment, install, commission, and hand over. Some developers prefer a separate supply contract — we can accommodate either.
Can you integrate with our chosen lift contractor?
Yes — we work with KONE, Otis, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp, and major Australian lift contractors. Lift integration must be coordinated during commissioning.
