The IT83A supports ONVIF + RTSP, so external NVR (Dahua, Hanwha, Verkada) can record the door-station stream the IT83A is connected to. The IT83A itself has a Micro SD slot for local recording of visitor snapshots.
Does the IT83A’s Wi-Fi work reliably?
Yes for standard Brisbane apartment Wi-Fi conditions. The 2.4 GHz radio is well-suited to penetrating internal walls. For high-density buildings with crowded 2.4 GHz spectrum, we generally specify hardwired ethernet for reliability.
What’s Bluetooth used for on the IT83A?
